Koiti Pottery Bowl

Koito pottery is created in Takayama city of Japan, which was established in 1625 in the Edo period.

The bowls come in two sizes, small size is perfect for Sake, the larger one for dips, snacks and even drinking tea.  The distinct glaze is known as Irabo-glaze, the blue-Irabo is an original glaze which is unique in the world. 

Signed by the Potter. 

Oatmeal with blue and tobacco striped drip design. 

Small h 4.2cm h x d 6.5cm.

Large h 5cm x d 8.3cm.

Made in Japan.

Gentle hand wash, do not put in a dishwasher.
